Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago , I accidentally missed my appointment because I overslept (I work 3rd) I called right away to let them know and reschedule. The whole day passes I get no call back. The next morning I call to reschedule and the lady knew who I was. She said I didn’t make an appointment. She didn’t even bother to call me back but heard my voice message I left the day prior. I had to call and follow up myself. She had an attitude when scheduling my appointment. Didn’t even apologize for their clear mistake. I’ve been waiting for my appointment with a tooth ache. Now I have to wait until freakin May! Ridiculous, unprofessional, do not recommend thus far.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had…and I’ve had a LOT! My hygienist, Nikki, was the reason - she’s friendly, comforting, fun and funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. I actually learned a lot! This enthusiasm is coming from someone who once had total dental anxiety. Not anymore!

I greatly appreciate the work the new dentist and dental hygienists put in to improve patient service. My last two visits, the only two I've had with the new staff, I left feeling clearly informed about my dental health and valued as a person. Great job!
