This is the second time I have come in and ended up waiting at least 30 mins after my appt time and ended up just leaving. There is no reason to have an appointment and get stuck having to wait and not even be called back. I have a life and don’t feel like I should have to waste my morning sitting in a dentist office and no one even updates you that there may be a wait or an estimated wait time. So again, this appt will be rescheduled
The dentist was great! The girl who did my son’s cleaning however needs some training on being a little nicer and definitely more kid friendly if she’s going to keep working with children. Going to the dentist can be scary the last thing kids need is that kind of attitude.
Totally different than what I have experienced in the past. Absolutely no attitudes. Very professional and friendly. The staff makes you feel special. Great at explaining everything upfront, giving great advice on your needs and care.
