Unprofessional service provided. Had an appointment for cracked tooth to understand the estimate cost for treatment. By the phone call been promised that x ray will be done an estimate will be given by doctor. Result: had not a doctor but a nurse visit, with explanation, that doctor is busy!!!!! But paid for doctors visit! No estimate given but referral to visit surgeon doctor, with an attitude saying: “O My God!!!! You don’t have an insurance, I can’t even tell how much is going to be” (the agent been informed by the phone, that patient doesn’t have an insurance). Very unprofessional! 2 hours visit without seen a doctor, rude service and no estimate cost at the end! Front desk agent was very nice and friendly.

Great dental office, amazing staff, fantastic dental assistants and Dr. Cárdenas kindness and professionalism just keep meeting my expectations. Will be coming back time after time. Thank you for your great service.
