I was a new patient today and this was honestly a horrible experience. I originally scheduled an appointment for March 6 but later realized that I had a meeting and couldn’t make it. I called them for a week and a half straight trying to get someone on the line to reschedule. They didn’t answer until the day before. I should’ve canceled then. I then rescheduled for today. When I arrived, I heard a woman complaining that the dentist was extremely rough and caused a lot of bleeding. I prayed it wouldn’t happen to me. I was called back by 11:20 and was out of the door by 11:35. Within that 15 minutes they did X-rays and the cleaning …. How? The dentist literally scraped my top right molars and front two teeth. I feel the scraper lightly touch the remainder of the teeth. The water that they spray while cleaning was literally spraying all over my face. I had to keep wiping my face because it was literally dropping down to my ears. She didn’t floss my teeth at all. She put the polish on and
