First they would allow me to change my insurance which ended up costing me $180 I wasn’t planning on paying. The woman who helped me was very unprofessional and could not provide clarity on the matter. One month later I receive a letter saying I owed them for service. Services wouldn’t have been rendered if I didn’t pay it in office. I’ve called multiple times and a manager in never available or they give me the run around. Once again staff answering the phone has no phone etiquette, completely not helpful or solution focused. Do not go here. The dentistry team is amazing and handled my kids with care. If it wasn’t for the administration side we would have zero problems with this business.

I have been coming here since October 2009. Back then the service was AMAZING. Somewhere around 2017/2018 their service went downhill. I still stuck beside them even though I shouldn’t have. I had a situation once where I had checked in, turned in my paperwork, only for them to call my cellphone while I was still in the waiting area to tell me “your appointment was canceled due to not enough doctors available” about 35 minutes after my appointment time like I hadn’t already been waiting. I even told the guy “I’m literally looking at you right now” The final straw was on 1/10 my son had an emergency appointment because his filling came out. They neglected to tell me that the doctor who initially did the filling would have to do it again or my insurance wouldn’t cover it, so since she wasn’t there that day it the appointment had to be rescheduled to today 1/21. Staff is extremely rude ! Ortho department never answers the phone. When I finally got in touch with someone they rushed me off the phone and told me to call ortho despite me telling them nobody is answering the phone. The response was “ well you got to call them”. I really don’t know if people don’t like their job or what but if you are going to be that nasty PLEASE STAY HOME OR GET IN A FIRLD WHERE YOU DOMT HAVE TO INTERACT WITH PEOPLE.
