Loveeee the ladies in the office! They’re all so kind & thorough. Val is a breath of fresh air as you’re greeted when entering - so polite, funny, and caring. Shar is excellent with cleanings - she made sure to get every surface on every tooth & if it wasn’t right she went back until it was! Ashley is a pleasure to work with as well - she made me feel extremely comfortable before, during, and after my procedure. “Well what about Dr. Samad?” She’s wonderful! Very patient, she explains how your procedure will go before she starts & again while she is doing the procedure. I left with no questions, more informed, and excited to return for my next visit!! I love Dr. Samad and her team. I’ve gotten extensive dental work (fillings and an extraction) as well as cleanings for myself and my family and the experience is always pleasant. Val, at the front desk is super friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I definitely recommend!

I have been a patient at Hertel Family Dentistry for 3 years now and everyone there is very kind, accommodating, and caring. Val who works at the front desk was very patient and helpful while I transitioned between insurance companies. I also got my wisdom teeth removed here and it went very smoothly and their pricing was the best out of the 3 other estimates I received from other dentists. I would recommend them to everyone!
