Receptionist extremely unprofessional. I totally understand why this office is going out of business. Receptionist has no patience and is very argumentative. The receptionist literally hung up the phone on me. This office is unorganized and does not pay attention to detail. My very first appointment the receptionist gossiped the entire time and carried on with inappropriate conversations and as I was checked out I literally witnessed her argue with a new patient very loudly and aggressively at the front desk.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The hygienist is rough and I have had to ask him to stop twice nearly every visit. My first visit I had no signs of cavities and then the following month I was back there with tooth pain that was a cavity so deep, it nearly needed to be a tooth canal. Not professional at that office. The receptionist has forgot she made an appt for me twice now. The office is an actual living room with a kitchen.

Amazing staff! All the staff I have been in contact with has been very nice very professional. I have had two visits and plan on many more. The doctor explains everything so you can understand what the best treatment would be. The waiting room and exam rooms all were clean. Staff all followed COVID-19 cleaning standards. I would highly recommend this office and dentist.
