We have been patients here for years and once Dr Hanley sold the practice, I can't get a hold of anyone. Nobody is EVER in the office, I have emailed, called, left notes, stopped by and now seeing these other reviews I'm afraid the office is closed. How can we recoup our money to go to another orthodontist? I'm just shocked an office can just disappear. I see some of you are in the same boat and I'm curious what have you done about this situation? At this point I'm going to contact my insurance company to stop payments.

I had an appointment October 4th no one called to tell me the appointment was “cancelled” bc of “shortage on staff” i didn’t even get a email.. it is now the 28th of October and i have been trying to reach them & NO ANSWER whatsoever. I paid my braces in full & now i get no treatment??? The appointment scheduled for the 4th was to take the appliances from the inside off & now im behind on my teeth process because they’re so unprofessional.

Unfortunately this review doesn’t mean anything because this office is now closed. No warning.. no anything. My daughter had an appliance put into her mouth where it had to be adjusted every few months.. we went to her next appt and the doors were locked and the parking lot was empty. Incredibly unprofessional.
