Hillsborough Street Dental

I really do feel lucky as I was a recent Carolina transplant in need of dental care and chose this practice primarily for location. I am overwhelmed by the level of professionalism, compassion and respect shown by each team member encountered. Add in the detailed description of procedures at a very, VERY reasonable cost and accommodating scheduling...Wow!!!

Dr Zhao is excellent and so kind. She performed two fillings, including one hard to reach wisdom tooth. The techs that have helped me and front desk were very welcoming as well. Dr Zhao explained everything she was doing before she did it at every step, it’s my most positive experience with a dentist and will be me regular dentist moving forward.

I've never been excited to go to the dentist. But I actually look forward to going to the dentist now that I go to Hillsborough Street Dental. Everyone is genuinely so nice and personable and makes me feel like they're happy I'm there. I've never seen this in any kind of medical office, and this should totally be the norm. I got a filling today, and Dr. Andersen explained everything she was doing while we all sang along to "I'm a Believer" playing over the office speakers. Obsessed with HSD, never going to any other dentist. Oh, also, the office itself is super pretty. I don't feel like I'm walking into a dental office at all. Love the vibes.
