HPU Health - Franklin Street Dental

It was a good experience. Unfortunately, the appointment lasted longer than I expected. I had to leave to get to another appointment in which I was the leader. Rick Walter was very good and quick at doing his work, and I made it to my appointment with about 5 minutes to spare!

He is not in a rush and goes above and beyond. Love all their personalities at this place . He fixed my front tooth when I've asked so many to and they never did. Highly recommend. This place is an hour and a half away from me and I hate traveling, so that says alot about them!

Initially was not going to give all 5 stars due to my appointment getting canceled and then trying to cancel a second time; however they made arrangements and i was seen and it was well worth all the struggle to get there. Dr Ali was so thorough, included my husband just as much as myself when talking and explaining things, and was very knowledgeable but able to make sure we really understood what he was saying at the same time. I am very optimistic for the treatment plan he has created and will recommend his practice to anyone who needs to see someone from the oral medicine side. Front desk staff was so so kind from the minute we walked in until the minute we left. Can’t thank yall enough!
