Integrative Holistic Dentistry - Chapel Hill

This isn’t a review on the actual dentist or his abilities- only the employee who takes new patient phone calls. I asked her 4 questions and she couldn’t answer any of them without speaking to the front desk. One of the questions included wanting to know what the treatment I was interested in cost. She told me they couldn’t tell me that until the doctor assessed. I then asked if there was a starting price. She said no. With all due respect, I’m not going to make an an expensive out of pocket initial appointment without knowing the potential cost of the specific treatment I want. It could be an easy ball park. Hard to get answers as a new patient and feel confident about the practice when the employee can’t answer basic questions about a treatment listed on their website.

All of the staff, from the front desk receptionist to the dental hygienist and, of course the dentist are very friendly and professional. I never have to wait to be seen, nor do I ever feel rushed. The facility is clean and beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend

Gina is super kind and helpful and I felt welcomed and taken care of when I arrived for my appointment. The office is very clean and light. Even the air in the clinic felt clean. Wanda is extremely professional and accommodating and made me feel at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was very gentle and thorough with the procedures and imaging. I felt safe and that I was in good hands in her care. Dr. Mensah listened intently to my story and my concerns and he spent a lot of time with me going over the results and offering honest feedback and recommendations and answering all of my questions. I truly felt heard and understood. I appreciate that so much. I found the imaging results and saliva test to be very helpful and interesting.
