Hudec Dental

I came to Hudec Dental for a second opinion on a chipped tooth. I previously had a bad experience with another dentist in the area. I appreciated their honesty and integrity about what actually needed to be done. The previous dentist told a bunch of bedtime stories that I needed all this unnecessary work. Not here- I was told what I needed and how to go about having the work done. Their customer service is excellent and it is refreshing that I have options in regards to why I was being seen.

Do not step foot in this place. A filling fell out 1 day later. The dentist rolled her eyes at my daughter who is afraid of needles. Equipment was dropped and placed back on the tray. I then demanded sterile equipment be used. I was supposed to go in for a cleaning. I was sold onto some “gingivitis cleaning” not covered by insurance. No actual cleaning was done. I’m getting multiple bills yet told to not pay them. When being asked for the name of who is telling me this for documentation , I am hung up on. They have billed both insurance companies for a cleaning and both paid out. Now both are rejecting the claims since they were billed improperly. I have never been to a more unprofessional office setting.

The staff @ the Macedonia are very friendly. My appointment was some what disappointing. I know that was a former patient and you have to do x-rays and checkup, I get that. But I made the appointment to just get my teeth cleaned before the holidays, and that never happened. I was recommended to have a scraping done or see a periodontist, then I would get the clean. I would certainly look into that procedure next year and if insurance would cover it, but ALL I wanted was a cleaning...BIG let down.
