Merit Dental

Found this dental office online and am very happy with this choice! Very friendly when I called asking to set up an appointment and I was able to get scheduled for a day just the next week. Nice, clean office, friendly staff, and knowledgeable RDH and DMD. I am pregnant with my first child and I wasn't even aware of addressing the infant's oral hygiene! I am confident I will receive the support I need when it comes to my and my family's dental health.

We switched to merit dental several years ago after having a bad experience with another office. Merit dental has a super friendly and accommodating staff! They were able to get me in quickly to evaluate a dental issue. While at my appointment they were able to add me on for a cleaning and take impressions for a night guard so I didn't have to come back.

I have been going here for over 2 years now but today was very upsetting. The young man at the front today be I still owed after dental procedure done and mind you never even knew what the cost was or how much ins covered until after all set and done so now 750 dollars later I gave at least 325 all in this month and was told I had to pay more I stated this was a new bill I would not have made if I knew and it wasn’t a emergency and next time tell the patients up front what the balance or cost will be so then to make that decision and not to threaten your patient with sending to collections as I stated I will pay something on the little 400 monthly as this was a new bill and you can’t make a decision for someone that quick without warning .. and fyi collection now a days in medical is not that serious but I like merrit and the dentist so I will pay but might not be back.
