Everyone was extremely nice and the Dentist was excellent! I had 5 lower teeth extracted for dentures. The little pain I had went away after 12 hrs and all are heeled over after 4 days. Now I can rip my food to shreds. Great guy!

Absolutely the WORST dental experience I have ever experienced in life. After I finish this review, I will also be filing a complaint with the Ohio State Dental Board so Dr Paul Geiss can know not to improperly treat his patients AND think he’ll get away with it. Dr Paul Geiss was my dentist, he is very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and does not know how to properly communicate with his patients and does not know how to show his patients EQUAL respect. My appointment was at 10am. After waiting in the waiting room for 20 mins I was finally called to the back. I was given 3 different x rays and left in a room by myself, for an additional 30 mins, with no one providing me any information on what’s going on. I then witnessed Paul Geiss the supposed dentist, work on 3 clients that came in after me while I’m sitting waiting for another 30 mins. By now almost AN HOUR AND A HALF has gone by and Dr Paul Geiss has still NOT WORKED ON OR EVEN SAID A WORD TO ME. He NEVER EVEN TOLD ME HIS NAME UNTIL I WAS W

It was a very welcoming appointment I have a great dentist along with a great team everyone is so nice and helpful my dentist Paul R. Geiss is very helpful answer my questions and give me valuable information usually no one likes the dentist but I feel comfortable like I said I feel welcome everyone is really nice no need to be nervous and to be honest I would not want to change my dentist or the location I would like to continue going to see my dentist at your location since it's very welcoming also is closer to me I live in Berea Ohio although is very unfortunate that due to short staff is hard to get in to be seen you guys are great and I hope that sometime soon that the short stuff issue gets address and things can get back to normal so you guys can keep making me smile ????....
