Deeply appreciative of Parkway and the doctor willing to see me same day to perform an emergency root canal on Friday. This got progressively work over a week and once it was identified by Hylen that I needed the procedure Parkway stepped up and scheduled me at the end of the same day. I went from being unable to sleep or eat even while taking 800mg Ibprophen every six hours to being pain free in the same day. The night before I felt like my entire jaw throat a and ear as well as guns were infected. I was having fever dreams and concerned how I would even function moving forward. I can't express how deeply thankful I am you were willing to see me the same day. Doctor and his assistant were first class and made sure I was pain free and communication was amazing. THANK YOU

I have had a few root canals in my life and am familiar with the procedure. Four months ago, I needed a root canal and went to an in network provider. It was the worst experience I ever had. Over 40 shots to numb my tooth, over two hour process, my mouth was so torn up from the shots and I was not even confidante that it was done correctly. Fast forward to today and again having issues with the same tooth. I was referred to Dr. Vaziri, who was not in my network, but the pain was so bad, I didn't care. From the very beginning, my experience was AMAZING... when I called make and explain my situation and make an appointment, the ladies were so pleasant and helpful, even going to the lengths to get the billing codes I would need for my insurance company, to see what they covered. Dr. Vaziri was a gem.. he went through great detail to explain my options, depending on what he found.
