In its cozy, historic Upstate NY home setting to its warm and friendly, but utmost professional staff, it is more like visiting family than a medical visit. I was especially impressed by the impeccable safety protocol they implemented during COVID to be able to continue offering their essential services to their longstanding patients who trust and rely upon them. The front staff is always courteous and kind. The hygienists gentle and helpful with tips on oral health. Then there is Dr. Cristi. His examining chairs are in a sunroom with picture windows facing the trees, so it feels more like a spa setting than your typical dentist office setting under fluorescent lights with no windows.
