Ideal Dental Central Austin

On a Friday afternoon, my appointment took an hour and a half, where most of the time I spent waiting. Considering this time, my cleaning was rushed. I was also asked to give my height and weight and had a hygienist doubt my response about my weight which was very disrespectful. Overall the only positive I can say is that the receptionists were kind and helpful.

The check-in process was smooth and the wait time in the lobby was not bad (~15 minutes). I really like that they have televisions installed above the chairs, definitely reduces some dental anxiety. Dr. Martins is very straightforward and does a great job. She explained things very well and made sure I understood everything prior to leaving. The front staff is also great. Overall, a great experience.

Dr. Martins was at once professional, matter of fact, and personable. She is discerning and fixes what needs to be fixed while explaining that some minor problems just need to stay on the radar. Her staff was equally competent and courteous, from the technician to the insurance manager and scheduler. I highly recommend Dr. Martens to all.
