Dr. Franklin is the best and everyone in this office follows suit. We are always welcomed with a smile and everyone is so kind. They even go as far as remembering small details about previous conversations with my daughter to make her feel 100% comfortable. They do an excellent job with her and because of this, she actually looks forward to going to the dentist. I got braces with Dr. Franklin and he is always gentle and kind. Even when I had challenging moments, he was patient and took the time I required and did his very best to help relieve my issues. I highly recommend him. It would be hard pressed to find a better Orthodontist.

We have been going to Smiles of Austin - Dripping Springs for more than a decade. Three of our four sons needed braces. One is jealous that he didn't get to be in the care of Kelly! She is simply the most warm, fun, loving person. Our boys LOVE her. Dr. Brunson was brand new when we started and he has a great bedside manner. Last week, we got our youngest son's braces off and we are so sad that we don't have a reason to go back--I may get some Invisalign JUST to be able to continue with them. From the moment you walk in the door, it is fun. The office design and hospitality alone makes you never want to leave. Their staff makes you feel like the only one in the room. It's easy to see why they have such high staff retention. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We drive up from another city, having moved from Dripping Springs and they are worth every mile!

We absolutely LOVE Smiles of Austin (and Smiles of Dripping Springs!) It is truly the best place ever. Having 3 children, I love having our dentist and orthodontist in the same spot for ease and their expertise and attention is the BEST out there. We have a child with a unique and challenging mouth and Dr. Franklin has done so much to help us orchestrate our care with other dental professionals. And each referral he has given us as been fantastic! Dr. Franklin does A LOT of behind the scenes research and discussions with his colleagues to help us in our process - and we are on the road to 3 healthy and gorgeous smiles! We have also had the best support from their insurance/billing department as well. Robbi has answered and called my insurance a gazillion times and answered all my crazy questions! I am so thankful for this practice. If you go to the Dripping Springs location, Kelli, Ashley and Stacey are truly the best ever. We have actually never encountered an employee in either
