Ideal Dental Morrisville

So Friday afternoon I bit into a chicken sandwich and broke my front bridge I called several, several dentists office's and all of them said we'll make you a appointment for Monday. I called Ideal dentistry answering service and left a message they called me directly back and said the manager would be calling me as soon as possible as soon as I hung up the phone rang . The manager was Empathetic and kind and got me straight in as soon as I got there I was greeted by Gabby and she made me feel like this is where I was supposed to be. The dental assistant was so kind while taking the photos of my teeth as I have a bad gag reflex I've saved the best for last the dentist was also kind informative and had great communication skills and help me put a dental plan together. The office manager sat me down and showed me the best path financially which really took a big burden off my shoulders . I absolutely recommend this location and my new dentist!

The dentist was extremely aggressive with my teeth. Made no effort to not hit my gums. I would express that it would hurt. She did not improve. She kept telling me to open wider but I had told her I have TMJ and my jaw locks and she became frustrated. Told me I gave gingivitis because my gums bled. I KNOW it is because of how rough she was with my mouth. If I decide to go back I will request a different dentist. The hygienist was super sweet!

Several emails and text messages prior to this appointment was received reminding me of coming 15 minutes before the appointment time. So I arrived at the clinic at 0913, my appointment was at 0930. And I waited from 0915-1010, I almost left while waiting. That is not a good waiting time. You guys wasted my time. I have to cancel my other appointment just to finish my appointment with you. The Dr Ansari and her assistant were okay attending to me. Your waiting time sucks!
