These guys gave me surprise bill for two times, even after double checking with reception to call my insurance before doing a procedure, and they don’t own their mistake! I will unsubscribe them for sure!!

If you a patient here be very careful about your billing issues. They file under wrong insurance companies and when denied send you to collections without contacting you. When you contact them about it they try to blame it on you and be very rude .

I had the worst experience at USD at the Morrisville location. They canceled my appointment without prior notice. They even checked me in, got me seated with the tech, and told me they had to cancel my appointment because their system canceled the appointment due to an overdue charge- because they didn't claim the insurance or had messed up the paperwork. The office front desk staff and office manager was busy chatting about their personal life and didn't even bother to verify my information when I arrived. They don't value their client's time and the way the office manager handled my concerns and her tone of talking was extremely unprofessional. I asked to talk to her supervisor and she refused to even give me the information. I will not be going back to this location.
