I love it here! Dr Trinidad, Marisol, and Alexis were amazing. I have always been terrified of dentist and they helped me so much and were so calming. They took time to explain what they were going to do what I hear and feel. They are amazing. My experience today has changed my feelings towards my future appointments.

Great experience with Dr. Trinidad and her team at Ideal Dental. She thoroughly explained what she was doing and what was going on with my dental care. In addition, her team was kind and personable. This has also been the most efficient dental office I have ever been at as a patient, and I look forward to continuing my dental care here!

I want to say the two dentist I encountered here a male from last year and a female recently have both seemed to really want to help out , but the front desk or whoever answers the phone are unorganized. If you schedule an appointment online, they send you an email randomly to tell you to confirm it and that can show the day before appointment or the day of which is fine I guess I have to keep checking to see if it came in otherwise your appointment is not set and you won’t get a callback. Usually offices make you fill out paperwork or signatures prior to coming in to be already checked in, but this last time I came in and front desk asked if I did and I said I was never sent the link, so she sent it and was lengthy to fill out. Then the front desk showed me how much I would be charged which I agreed to and signed but only after the procedure was done tried to say the teeth cleaning would be $500! I have never heard any place charge that for a cleaning, especially after saying it would
