Dr Bates and the entire staff at Bandera Monarch dental are caring, attentive, and amazing to work with. I’ve had such great experiences here and I’m so appreciative of the care they provide me!
They made me feel very comfortable with my procedure. Very friendly staff ❤ periodontist was amazing and talked me through the procedure. Will definitely be going back regularly for my cleanings.
Bates has a terrible attitude towards patients but not as bad as his dental work. Had work done by him in the past and it's only brought issues. Avoid this "dentist" and this company at all costs.
