I needed to find a new office after having gone to the same one for the last 8 years. My husband greatly dislikes going to the dentist and hasn't been in 5 years, but after his visit today, he said this was his best dentist experience. He was very impressed with how careful the doctor was throughout the appointment, including with a filling. We will definitely be staying with them.
Dr. Natalie McDowell took the necessary time to explain in a clear manner to me the state of my dental health, as well as her suggested treatment plan. She was kind, empathetic, and thorough in her diagnosis. I look forward to moving forward with her suggestions, and will post the results over the next few weeks as they happen.
Great customer service from front desk receptionist, dental assistant and the doctor! Service was professional, detailed and efficient. My teeth cleaning was AMAZING to say the least. I am looking forward to returning. 10/10 recommend.
