What an awesome place!! The entire staff from the front desk, to the nurse, to the dentist are absolutely amazing!! I’ll definitely recommend Jacksonville emergency dental to my family and friends, and both offices on Dunn Avenue in Jacksonville, and University Boulevard in Jacksonville, that I have been too, they give excellent care.. from the receptionist who greet you at the window with a smile to dental hygienist and Dentist!!! who give very good care and services.. again they will work with u even if u don’t have Dental insurance.. they did it for me!! From start to finish I had a phenomenal service. I have been seeing this dentist office before they started doing family practice and I must say they are amazing at what they do. I recently had a visit where I had to get a root canal and a tooth extraction. From the dental assistance from the dentist I felt very comfortable my entire experience seeing that I had been afraid of returning to the dentist for years. The dentist walked me through step-by-step every thing that needed to get done to ensure that I was comfortable with the procedure. Everyone was very informative polite and helpful. Even when it came down to payment and billing they were very flexible and worked with me and my insurance in order to achieve the best options for my dental experience and for my teeth.
