From the front office to the back, everyone I came in contact with was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Dr. Lopez and her staff are exceptional! Highly recommend????
Several months ago; a different dentist removed half of my teeth, doubled the price of the remaining teeth and tried to keep coming in for “consultations”. Left a bad taste in my mouth. This dentist was diametrically different. From the office staff, ti the assistants, to the dentist herself the word polite doesn’t seem adequate as they go above and beyond. They’re 100% transparent in every step of your treatment, they let you know if the price quote changes due to your particular condition and asks if you want to continue. They’re phenomenal.
I had a really good experience here. The front office staff are very nice and helpful, which I appreciated. The dental assistant, Warreath, had a very calm and relaxing demeanor, which helped to set me at ease. And Dr. Lopez is friendly, non judgmental (I was embarrassed about my mouth), and professional. I trusted her. I had no pain during my procedures and the office gave me clear, written instructions for aftercare. The treatment plan and pricing was upfront, clear, and well explained. The office smells and is super clean. I will definitely be back. Loved that it’s female and minority owned.
