Best place for braces in Jacksonville. Flat fee you can make payments on, all student work is overseen by a licensed practicing DDS. Super nice people, even during COVID, I've even read 2 books while waiting for my son in the parking lot so far. Next up, War and Peace.
Dr.Fathi is amazing. He was so professional , patient & polite. I’m so thankful to have had him as my orthodontics as I have been dealing with several other orthodontics that just wasn’t the right fit for me. I highly recommend. Congrats to him on his future endeavors.???? ????
The doctors and facilities are amazing. The brand new building is amazing and aesthetically pleasing. HOWEVER, the blonde lady at the front desk has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. She is so rude to patients who are just trying to get checked in while already stressed about the rest of their day. It absolutely baffles me how someone who deals with people as a living has such a off putting and crude personality. I’m thinking about switching orthodontists because of this. If she can be fired this review would easily be a five star. Fix your manners or get a new job lady this is not for you.
