Update: someone reached out and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. I was running 6 min late to my daughters appointment, and even called on the way, and they canceled it when we arrived. She is in pain and needs a tooth removed, and all they could do was schedule an appointment months away. Unacceptable and unbelievable. As if we wouldn't have been waiting in the waiting room for those 6 minutes anyways.

This is the dental clinic I paid a visit as a new patient and the experience was a nightmare. Before the visit, I informed the clinic that my visit was to check the teeth as a routine check which was covered by my dental insurance. If there was any procedure which wouldn't be covered by my insurance, please tell it before preceeding. They told me that that day's visit would be covered by my dental insurance. Besides the long waiting time, the nurse was not familiar with the X-RAY machine,which cause me to bite the gadgets many times than necessary. The dentist had a quick look and then mentioned a bunch of issues. It turned out to be that this clinic used such tactics to intimidate the patient and push the patient to accept their expensive procedures such as "deep cleaning". After this visit, I paid another visit to another clinic and they told me that my teeth were not that serious. Please try to avoid this clinic if possible and they cared more about money than really taking care of

editing to add yesterday I had an emergency with my son, and Dr. Sarah told us to come in right away( 730am) and they too us right in. we waited only about 15 minutes, tooknus back, got him figured out then we were on our way. they tended to my son's needs as diagnosed Autistic and nonverbal. made sure he had toys and were very patient and understanding. My kids have only been coming here for about 4 years now. My son has been coming since he was 1, he is nonverbal level 3 autistic. He is 5 currently and they handle him so well. Dont force him to do anything, they let him guide them, the Female Dentist is so kind, gentle. soft, calm. It is a bit of a wait, so bring a book or tablets but it is worth it because they are so good with kids and the parents. The front staff are also very kind and understanding, I won't be going anywhere else for my kids ????????????
