Arlington Dental Center

This is a wonderful dental office! I called on a Sunday morning with a broken tooth, and they saw me that same day! Everyone is so friendly and caring, and the dentist did a fantastic job taking care of my mouth. I highly recommend this office, and I will now go to them for my regular dental care.

I have been coming here with my family for over a year and definitely have been a change of people in the office. It is such an inconvenience to have to reschedule an appointment when the day before normally a provider will call you and let you know what to expect to pay instead I got a confirmation of the appointment, and was not told I had to pay anything so I thought everything would be covered but the day of walking in im told the cost that I was not prepared for and all they could tell me is they didn’t verify that until the morning of which is such an inconvenience it’s a part of your job to make me aware These appointments, taking months sometimes weeks out and it’s such an embarrassment to have to reschedule

Cleaning was fine but I was disappointed in the dirty and broken equipment, nonchalant attitudes and lack of post-appointment instructions ???? very kind staff, but I was very upset when my doc dropped my charts and picked them up touching the ground with his gloves that he then put in my mouth... and none of the tools/needles were opened in front of me. When my work was done I felt like I couldn’t get out fast enough.
