Excellent service. The assistants were caring and professional. My dentist Dr Shannon right to the point. Bahar my cleaning tech took the the time cautiously completing my process. Front receptionist very kind. Satisfied customer ???? !
This is the second time that the Dental Assistant who goes in the room with us was very impatient and appeared very irritated with me because I could not understand the treatment plan in the way that she was explaining it. The first time, I left your office being so confused and unclear. But this time, after my cleaning, one of the ladies at the front desk who must have overheard my frustration with her, and then she took the time to help me completely understand exactly what I needed and what would be the best options.
This was our first visit and I am very happy with everything. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Madison did a great job at cleaning and taking X-rays for both of my kids. My kids felt very comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this dentist.
