They have cancelled my appointment 3 times never called me to tell me but once the staff is rude unprofessional something needs to be done or it's need to be shut done for good

I would not recommend these people to anyone. They have cancelled 2 appts & rescheduled. After weeks I came today for my 3rd attempt. & After driving all the way here my appt is cancelled again! I never got a call they claimed they called me & my phone's disconnected. Funny every other person calling me gets through. Sad for a business

These people are the WORST dentist in Jacksonville FL. They don't help at all. The ladies at the front desk never get the things that need to be done unless your paying them cash money. With insurance they will give you the run around & will tell you your insurance won't pay for there service or the medicine that you need. They will lie to get more money out of you please stay on top of them
