Ideal Dental West 7th

Enjoyed my 1st visit. Great team. The dentist assistant was kind and knowledgable. Love my dentist. She was very thorough, answered all my questions and kind. The 3D photo of my teeth was a cool thing! And Candice, the office manager, was the cherry on top. I left with confidence about my upcoming procedure that’s needed. I came to the right place.

This office should be more transparent about what you pay. If you end up needing to pay an exorbitant amount of money (that they tell you your insurance will cover) then a breakdown of exactly WHERE your money went shouldn’t be too much to ask for. I asked for a receipt that clearly stated where all my money was allocated and they refused. I had crown work done and my temporary popped off the very next day, I had to return so they can put it back in (no I wasn’t eating anything hard/that I shouldn’t have). The dentist sees you for about 15-20 minutes, all the other work is their techs. Overall, I feel they push more services than needed and they’re expensive. I will not return here unless I absolutely have to return pertaining to work they already did.

Beware of billing fraud. They will claim you didn't pay your dental fee (I paid at their office) and bypass your insurance to get you to pay out of pocket. If you don't pay they will send your bill to a debt collector. After calling their office regarding the false payment, the receptionist say they will talk to their accounting team which they never did. Instead they send the bill to a debt collector. This place is sketch and it's over two years and it's sketch. I won't waste your time going to this place.
