Her skillful approach instilled confidence in me, knowing I was in capable hands. Mayra, the dental assistant, was equally exceptional. I d like to share my experience at Ideal Dental in Winter Park. I called to schedule a cleaning, confirming they accepted cash. However, I waited over 20 minutes, suggesting a priority on their time. Despite requesting only, a cleaning, the dentist recommended numerous additional procedures. Upon declining, I was told I needed a deep cleaning by the dentist based on my self-care I knew this was not accurate. Doubting the need for a deep cleaning, I sought a second opinion elsewhere, where my teeth were cleaned in 35 minutes or less. Consideration of my experience suggests Ideal Dental in Winter Park may not be the ideal choice. Almost forgot when I was paying the bill in cash they said that they didn’t have any change and they kept my change.
