Sage Dental of Winter Park

I had an appointment at 11am to be told that my insurance had drop me, so I canceled the appointment. I called my insurance immediately and was told that I was covered and I had not been dropped. Elise and Gloria were the receptionist that attended me. They both lied to me telling me that it was because of my insurance and wanted my insurance to fax them to let them know I was covered. Then told me that I still had a slot available if my insurance could fax them my eligibility. I thought sage was a professional place but it seems to be run by liars and I even took time from my job to come and do this appointment to be turned around and lied to about my insurance. I hope you guys can do a better job. If you guys are booked than just tell me you are booked and not lie to me.

Dr Dib is so caring and concerned about his patients! He went above and beyond to see that my brother’s dental problem is being taken care of. He’s an excellent surgeon and periodontist. He also puts his patients at ease. Thank you so much!! Also, your staff was very considerate and professional.

I will not be returning and I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. I had an appointment today and the doctor, hygienist, and receptionist Gloria were wonderful and I have no complaint about any interaction with them. One of the receptionists (valentines day nails, small clip with medium/long brown hair with a Harry Potter phone ringtone) was ignoring me, answering personal calls (she was nasty to whoever was on the other line of that call as well), and was not polite or accommodating in any way. I have dental insurance that is accepted and covered. I was just quoted 350 dollars to have a ‘deep clean’ not covered by my insurance based on their diagnosis which has never ever ever been an issue in any prior dental practice I’ve been to and my numbers and x-rays haven’t changed (I have never had a cavity and always told my teeth are great and I need to just floss more often).
