The 1 star reviews are right! Don’t come here! They were going to take X-rays and charge me without even asking me what I’m there for. They took me to 3 different rooms to wait and do nothing. No one even took a look at my teeth! The office is old and small, everything is outdated. Their “free consultation” is just some treatment coordinator telling you the ridiculous fees (which they could’ve done over the phone)…

My overall experience with Image Orthodontics has been pleasure. To add, Ashley from the front desk has been superb! Very accommodating and nice ????♥️ Thank you!

On 9/9/2022, I had my first appointment to get my orthodontics treatment. They made an x-ray as well as a 3d scan for invisaligners. I had to use invisaligners and braces for right bottom teeth. After roughly 2.5 months waiting, (I had to call them to understand whats going on), i had an appointment to get my aligners. Top right of the aligners were not fitting well, as it was my first use, i didn't know that it was unusual (BTW, they already billed my insurance for it). I went ahead used them for roughly 10 weeks. No change had happened whatsoever. I called them about potentially using using lingual braces to accelerate the process in January, they found an available appointment in March 2nd. Roughly 2 months later. In that appointment, they mentioned that my teeth is not suitable for lingual braces and i have to get new aligners. I said ok. They made a new scan. In April 22nd, i had to reach out and ask for aligners, they still didn't have them. I asked for my medical files, they sen
