Don’t come here if you have dental anxiety, they wait until a day before your filling appointment to tell you they won’t give you anxiety meds. Nitrous and anxiety meds are used together very commonly to treat dental anxiety and they treated me like I was being demanding for asking for it. Also the front desk is horrible, they randomly cancel appointments so you show up to nothing, and they hang up on phone calls without warning. The blond front desk lady is unhelpful and rude. They don’t care about their patients at all

Hygienist Denise and Dr. Jantz are amazing. I had an extraction done today and it was completely painless....SERIOUSLY I have been to many dentists in my life and Imagine Dental is by far the best. I would recommend them to my whole family. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist themselves five stars across the board. Top dentist in Arizona. Anybody that gives this a poor review is lying. They let everybody know ahead of time what may happen and what will happen. You sign paperwork stating that you understand that you may be referred out to a oral surgeon. They let you know ahead of time that they do not prescribe anxiety medications. They are very informative and very helpful. Go see them

I was charged $242 for X-rays taken for my daughter, without consent. After calling and being told the biling manager would call me soon, she never did. I was forced to write a formal letter to dispute the charge. Please enact a policy that requires permission for X-rays to be taken especially if the patient is a child. A $242 unexpected charge is a financial hardship. Update: After waiting for two weeks, the billing department finally returned my phone call. However, clients are simply requesting that you prioritize returning our calls instead of consistently sending additional bills. Alternatively, please update our records accordingly. The balance error in question was resolved three months ago, and it was not a mere misunderstanding; rather, it stemmed from an unnecessary oversight. This situation has caused undue stress, which could have been easily avoided.
