I went to Dr. Allen for a root canal. They did process my insurance. They charged my Insurance a total of $2093 and I paid a copay of $690. They then sent me a bill for $412 after the service was rendered. THAT IS A TOTAL OF $ 3194 FOR A ROOT CANAL. THE AVERAGE COST $1300. PLEASE BEWARE OF WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING. I didn't have the cash in the month of October. It was only in their books for 30 days before they sent it over to a debt collection agency. I think they did because there is definitely some fraud going on. I wish I knew who I could take this matter up with.

Dr. Allen and her assistant were amazing! I was very nervous about having the root canal procedure and did not know what to expect. Her assistant (I cannot remember her name) gave great patient centered service and explained the entire procedure. She also made me feel very comfortable and continuously asked how I was doing. Dr. Allen was very welcoming as well and explained everything. The front desk receptionist was great too! She explained all the forms and answered questions as well. Thank you for the follow-up phone call. It felt like I was having the procedure done by good friends. I will be recommending my family and friends to you.

Dr. Allen and staff are a well oiled machine. They diagnosed my problem and performed a root canal with little to no pain. I certainly recommend Phoenix Endodontic Group and Dr. Allen. They are caring and professional!
