I've been visiting IDH for over a year with 7+ visits. I had previously *HATED* going to the dentist before moving to Indianapolis due to poor patient courtesy and excessively forceful operations with previous dentists. If you have had the same experience, IDH is for you! My hygienist, Nelly, is truly one of the most considerate medical professionals I've worked with. I look forward to seeing her because it's like visiting a friend! I know I can trust her to provide a gentle but effective visit. She takes the time to get to know you and she provides information without coming off as critical. Kindness is my primary metric, and she earns 11/10 every time. I have worked with several of the doctors, including Dr. Mallory Griffith and Dr. Matthew Fraiz. Every time they are so pleasant and have resolved my issues without being condescending. From beginning to end this has been the absolute best experience I have ever had with any dentists office. From scheduling your appointment to locating the office to using the website etc. it has been very convenient and efficient. Everybody is so friendly and they treat patients with the upmost respect. Not only do they treat everybody well but they don’t hide anything either, as soon as they complete an exam you will know what is wrong and how much it will cost, there is absolutely no games! Dr. Fraiz is phenomenal and does a wonderful job but everybody else in the office is just as helpful and does wonderful work, I am very pleased with my experience. Highly recommend this dentists office for anybody in the area as they are head and shoulders above everybody else.

Entering the office, the atmosphere that I felt was friendliness and compassionate. My hygienist, Nelly was so courteous, respectful and helped me feel at ease. Dr. Fraiz and Dr. Griffith were polite and caring as they explained to me what the problem was and gave me options for treatment. I admire all the staff for their caring and commitment towards their patients, and I highly recommend them. The entire treatment and staff were excellent.
