Pure Zen Dentistry

I chose PureZen because of some past trauma I’d experienced at another dentist. My very first visit Dr. Elsahy knocked my crown loose. It literally fell out the very next day as I was in the middle of a conversation. I had to preach in less than 24 hours and was completely panicked because it’s my left canine. They couldn’t see me until a few days later telling me I’d leave with a replacement tooth that same day because I had to preach again in that same week. The fill-in doctor saw me and couldn’t do anything for me. They made me pay $350 that day to order a temporary tooth. They were very aware that I had been incredibly inconvenienced and that the doctor had aided in my crown falling out. I was told the tooth would be in by Friday. It was not. I had to call 3 times the next week before someone decided to return my call just to see if the tooth was in. I had to preach with my retainer In which caused inner cuts and literal bleeding while I was preaching!!! It’s on video by the way a

Really wonderful dentists and dental hygienists. The front desk staff went above and beyond to get my insurance information. They were super courteous and awesome with scheduling. The dentist explained my care plan/options very well, and at no time did I feel pressured etc. The dental hygienists did an amazing job. Just an all around great experience.

Everyone was so pleasant and so very helpful. They provided a fantastic treatment plan and were very tentative of my needs/schedule. I would highly recommend, the entire staff is absolutely fantastic. I appreciate them very much
