Inland Dental Center - Orthodontic & Pediatric Dentistry

I have been taking my daughter here for 8 years and vefire that i was their patient for 3. honestly i dont even know why i keep coming. Ive even referred my step son to them and still dont know why? I guess its because its hard to find a good decent dentist/ortho ? Devil you know is better than the one you dont…? Or somethn like that If you try to make an appointment they transfer you like 4-5 times to get to the correct person and you literally explain the reason of your call to each. The doctors hardly explain whats going on they just say the kid needs this and that.. i myself had a bad experience with the ortho guy and thats why i never went back to see him and ended up taking my daughter to a diff ortho. If your looking for a place for you or your children and have PPO insurance, your better off somewhere else.

My experience at the facilities are great. Everyone is polite and respectful and welcoming. Specially the actual dentists. It’s a four star because if you need to speak to the coordinator or whatever it is called it seems like they don’t care. I’m sure they are busy but it doesn’t excuse me on four separate occasions being put on hold for over 45 minutes until the office closed or being told I’d receive a call back and it never happened. I would still recommend them to anyone I know.

I have been going to Inland Dental for many years. I originally tried a Dentist in Rancho Mirage that said they needed to charge me over 900 bucks for a procedure my insurance would not cover. I went to Inland Dental and they said that they did not need to charge me more on my insurance for the same procedure. Everyone there is very professional and courteous and I never have any extra charges. Recently I guess my insurance stopped covering fluoride and when I was done with a cleaning they said I owed 45 bucks and I said for what? They explained it to me and that I signed for it and I said I am over 40 and can not see what I am signing! lol Anyways they actually credited my credit card and made sure to put in my file I really do not want fluoride in the first place. They seem like a very honest dentist practice to me!
