From the receptionist who welcomes you with a smile, to the people who bring you in the rooms, everyone is so nice, caring, and kind. Dr. Lee is amazing. He’s great at what he does! He explains everything, checks in on you constantly, and makes someone like me (a patient with super anxiety about the dentist) feel comfortable!

The office staff was incredible the people helping my daughter with her wisdom teeth extraction were kind, caring and understanding. They did a great job making sure she was comfortable and acted quickly when there was an issue with her post-procedure medication. Can't say enough good things.

After meeting with an oral surgeon, no one called me to follow up on my treatment plan. When I did call later to set up the surgery, I had to wait months for an appointment. Also, unbeknownst to me many things that were supposed to go into the treatment were left out, and I was given a surgery appointment only. The time of my surgery was changed without me being sent a message noting the time change. When I arrived, the front desk woman interrupted every sentence I spoke and wouldn't let me finish any sentence. Later, when she brought a treatment plan to the back, she began walking away while I was talking to her. Extremely unpleasant. When I brought up other features of the treatment plan that were supposed to be in place, office staff treated me like I was being an inconvenience to them when they were the ones who dropped the ball on the plan. During the surgery, the person suctioning my tongue was extremely rough, showing no regard for how the tool felt. After having two holes torn
