Canceled in my root canal. THREE TIMES an hour before appnt. Says I can't go elsewhere cuz they have my paperwork. I got an infection now n on antibiotics. I've never been treated so badly. Ive been going there fir years n always wondered why it didn't have to be handicap accessible. ??? They rebooked me for a month but I'm having back surgery so they can't give me an appt after that so soon. Waiting to here back next week what they r gonna do. This is just awful. People die from infections. It gets in your system .. I can see canceling once but THREE TIMES WHEN IM ON MY WAY??? yet they want 24 hrs if I cancel!

I WOULD NEVER advise anyone to attend. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Had my kids scheduled for a dentist appointment June 10th never notified me of the rescheduled time for the 20th until the day of. This isn’t the 1st time either. It happened in April as well. Called me the SAME DAY and the appt was first thing in the morning.

Honestly, the cleaning was rushed and, not even thoroughly done! I dont think ill be letting this dentist mess w my mouth after hearing what im hearing, and seeing/exp. The machinery WAS INDEED very outdated..only 3 x-rays taken(?) Idk..im just not accustomed to this, so thanks for the heads up.
