Poor customer service, no return phone calls and bad information regarding follow-up! Cancelled my child appt without notice...ghetto! Student doctors suck!
I have 6 children who all have been coming to upd since they were born overall the doctors and staff are amazing and the children really do leave with huge smiles and can't wait to brush more often but trying to make an appointment with them is a complete joke. Been physically calling the office for over two months with absolutely no answer, no call back, haven't been able to talk to a single human at all. Then trying to go online and make an appointment has been a joke as well, I can make the appointment no problem but getting an email to confirm and to let me know that it is received and with a possible appointment later on, I've still heard nothing. Better communication is a must but overall not a bad place to take the kids for dental care.
