Its difficult to recommend IDA. Our experience has not been ideal. Poor case management is ultimately the problem (getting our cases mixed up with other office cases), timely service and redo's are happening on a regular basis. We are left wondering why we can send cases out of state and get them back quicker than a local dental lab can get them done. We understand miscues happen but in the case of IDA, miscues are too frequent!!
I highly recommend this place! A great lab that has fast but professional services!
Wonderful lab does great work. Very knowledgeable and professional.
