What is the worst is the wait. I had a 10 o'clock appointment and didn't start 1st treatment till 1130. Was supposed to do a roof canal that didn't start until after 12. It is as thought they are short staff. They start with me and walked off to attend to someone else, had me sit there and wait. Been a few times. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. But I won't go back. Not to mention being offered a blanket since I was cold, to have it thrown on my face as they attempted to cover me. Definitely not going back.

I brought my nieces to their adjustment for Ortho appointment. I love the staff they were super friendly, and made my niece comfortable. Dr.Noor is an amazing, gentle doctor I love her personality I also want to give Izzy with the long hair in the front a shout out because she made the paperwork extremely easy for me to understand and didnt leave nothing out I will for sure be sending my friends kids to this location ❤️ Thank You for the amazing experience!

I was disappointed with the Culebra location for a multitude of reasons. But the Potranco location did an amazing job. I was nervous and the techs stopped and comforted my nerves. The doctor was quick, efficient and did a great job. The dental hygienist was amazing. She was knowledgeable, very informative on the work I needed done and was extremely patient. The new manager is doing an amazing job. I’m going back only because of how the Potranco location handled my case. They are doing some remodeling and it was posted so you knew and the office overall looked clean and organized.
