Absolutely disappointed with the experience we had today at my son’s checkup. He had his 6month follow up appointment today and the dentist asked for some pictures of his molars to provide to the insurance for a treatment. He’s still very small and moves around a lot during visits so I agreed to assist by holding his hands while the dentist and the dental assistant took the pictures. At first my son is cooperating and lets them take the pictures only to find out that the dentist didn’t even snap the images. I tell them it’s ok, I figured it was a simple mistake so we try again this time with the dental assistant using the camera probe. She still doesn’t take the images correctly, taking one of the wrong tooth. By then I’m getting frustrated and the dentist proceeds to tell me that I can just pay for the procedure out of pocket, mind you, it’s something that’s completely covered by my insurance as long as there is images. I ask for them to get another dental assistant to help but they t

1st appt was canceled by dentist due to family emergency. Ok I understand things happen, no problem, they reschedule us. 2nd appt - Daughter's appt was at 3, we're still in the waiting room at 4:30. Once in, the doctor says she's doing cleaning. Very heavy handed & rough, my daughter has tears rolling down her face and instead of compassion or a bit of a break/breather, she holds her hand against her face so she can't turn away. My appt was at 4, wasn't seen til about 5:20. Quickest checkup and "cleaning" of my life. Didn't remove stains like previous hygienist would, and quickest cleaning of my life once everyone started talking about clocking out at 5:30, I don't think every tooth was touched during polish it felt so rushed.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. This is the most unorganized clinic I have ever been to. The staff does not know how to communicate important appointment details if you make an appt at a certain time it does not matter.
