Ideal Dental Westover Hills

I am horrified of the dentist, but this office is so welcoming and professional. The front desk ladies are so nice and helpful. The staff is very comforting and accommodating. I highly recommend this location.

Been going to this location for years to back when it was Smile Workshop and while rotating through all of those dentists that have come and gone, the staff have been great and the dentists were good to great. I believe the current one just hurt me on purpose. First off, his bedside manner is horrible - he’s condescending. This is my third experience with him and the first one should’ve been the last. I have what looks like oral lichens planus in my mouth but can’t get a diagnosis because the referrals to UT will not go through and I’m just done dealing with that. Is it the office’s fault? I don’t know, but I told him I called the office to have them fax the referral again but when UT never called back, I just let it go and really forgot about it. So I’m guessing he thought I was suggesting he and his staff are incompetent. And so he proceeded to do the cleaning - I have never had a dentist perform a cleaning - and he was so rough, did not take any care to be gentle AT ALL. I had water

Was ok, the Endodontist was great but was overbooked. Waited almost 2 hrs to be seen by him then waited another 30 mins in between patients with my mouth open ( gadget were in my mouth). Anesthesia was starting to wear off. Not a good experience.
