My first visit I waited for an hour and half and rescheduled. Next visit had to pay to see a specialist who recommended a very expensive treatment plan. My original request was for teeth cleaning and was informed after the 2nd visit a hygienist needed to be hired. A month later still waiting.
No issues. Great staff. Teeth cleaning was outstanding. It was good to see everyone. Visit on 24 and 25 February were outstanding. My new Dentist is awesome. Very thorough and he explained everything in detail. Thanks to all.
I have had many bad experiences with dental offices... whether be my own anxiety or poorly skilled technical dental assistance. This experience was contrary and I’m very impressed by their service and professionalism. Especially Stephanie P; Dr Asans Dental Assistant. She set my brace up efficiently and quickly. I’d also like to shout out Matthew the hygienist. He did a good job. Also, Crystal was very supportive through my process. I felt guided and represented every step of the way. Thanks Monarch Dental and staff!
