I took my mom there because a friend highly recommended that they were the best .NOT TRUE..my mom would make a trip every wk to get seen for whater reason to have dentures done .every time I would take her the dentures never fit .or they weren't probably done correct..she's been without teeth going on 9 months she's diabetic lost of alot of weight due that she cant eat ,chew right, solid foods ..she pd 580. Out pocket and her insurance pd the rest...and they don't care about there patients but very quick in charging money...and moms health What!!! .she turning 75 and has many medical issues...this people keep saying that there having trouble with the lab .well change labs!!!! ..if there so professional why can't the do a simple complete dentures..if that's what they specialize in...does anybody know a complaint number or where I can make report so she can get her money back.?..thank you.
My appointment time was originally scheduled for 3:30 pm. At noon I received a phone call from the office asking if I could be there at 1. I rushed over to the office just to be told Dr. Perez was in surgery and would be another hour. Me and my wife then left and returned at 2 pm, just to be told Dr. Perez would be ready in another hour. At 3:30 they still had no confidence that my appointment would happen.....The amount of time that we wasted was ridiculous. After returning for the 3rd time They then honestly admitted that Dr. Perez was having trouble during his surgery and should RESCHEDULE!!! Please check your insurance and look for a better qualified dentist! Dr.Perez is not worth it! I have had no follow-up and zero concern from this office. Speaking on behalf of the senior citizen community.
I love my dentist and the office has amazing staff!!! I went to a different location was so unhappy. I didn't feel like they cared about my situation. Here at Ingram, I have felt more supported and cared about and truly loved! Thank you Dr Dutton, Victoria, Dr. Fallon, and all office staff for all you have done for me. I'm so excited to continue this journey with you all :)
