I was diagnosed as needing a root canal, and selected Dr. Waters because of the positive reviews seen online. Let me tell you, he and his office didn't disappoint!! Some of the great things include, online patient registration, beautiful and well put together office space, friendly and professional staff, and a doctor with a good since of humor. They discussed various treatment options with me and their reasons for their recommendations. Even though they were experiencing problems with their phone systems the day after my procedure, Brad called from his personal cell phone to check on me. I highly recommend Dr. Waters and his office if you are in need of an Endodontist.

Dr. Waters and his team are wonderful and made my root canal easy-peasy!! I work for a general dentist and while our doctors do SOME root canals, they still think the complicated ones need to be done by an endodontist. Of course, after never having so much as a filling, I needed a root canal, and it was a complicated one! I was a little nervous beforehand. The office I work in is all about patient comfort and gentle procedures and this is what I'm looking for in a specialist also. Dr. Waters definitely delivers the same experience! Dr. Waters continually checked with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. You can opt for flavored laughing gas for a small fee which is awesome! I used bubble gum -yummy! I was also in and out pretty quickly at both visits, which is great as I know from experience sometimes this is not the case if seeing a general dentist for a root canal! TLDR: If you need to see an endodontist Dr. Waters is your guy!

I had to get a root canal (never had one before) with major anxiety plus I was 6 months pregnant. I was SO nervous. (crying nervous) It was a GREAT experience! Dr. Waters made sure I was comfortable the whole procedure and asked multiple times about my pain (I had none). He explained how some things were different because it would be safer for "baby". I love that he had my unborn child in mind. The office staff was stellar as well! They knew what they were doing and could even answer questions about the procedure over the phone. Best office staff I've ever encountered within a doctor's setting. I would recommend Dr. Waters to EVERYONE.
