If I could give the office -100 stars I would. The office Manager Chris and Lezlie are the absolute worst! So unprofessional when talking to me and the representative from my insurance who are 100% in network with them. Chris told the representative "Shut your mouth" while she was trying to figure out how I was double charged. They make you pay upfront and still bill your insurance w/o you knowing. Meaning, they are getting 2 payments for 1 service and pocketing the other payment. Then proceeded to lie and say they never received a payment from my insurance when the insurance agent has the check #, when It cleared and what day it was accepted. After I paid close to $500 and my insurance paid over $900 for 1 root canal they tried to charge me an extra $50 for having to come back in office because they didnt finish the root canal. If you are thinking about going here, DONT! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! Somebody in that office is stealing money and I hope it gets shut down after my insurance rep

It is so evident that Dr. Sempira has a passion for her work. In addition to doing excellent work, she is kind and gentle and makes sure you understand what to expect each step of the way. The staff is professional and friendly, and they make follow-up calls to check on your progress. The office is exquisite! Overall good experience. I highly recommend!

Dr. Helen Sempira is a very skilled professional Endodontics. I was very pleased with her work. The staff was also professional from the front office to Dr. Sempira assistances. Everyone was professional and respectful. I was truly surprised by the all the professionalism I experienced in one day.
